Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 for ECU Health North Hospital located in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

ECU Health North is a 340-bed hospital (licensed for 204 beds) and includes psychiatric and nursery. This hospital serves a wide region on the 1-95 corridor. A short drive away from Richmond, VA and Norfolk, VA!

The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations of patient services, retail cafe, and catering. This position will support 40 frontline associates, 1 operations manager and 2 registered dietitians.

• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
