GENERAL MANAGER - CULVER’S TC - CHUMS CORNER
As the leader of our management team, you’ll oversee it all! Build and lead great shifts, empower team members, and help maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. If you’re a natural leader who can rally a team to be its best, we’d love to have you behind our counter.
What you will do:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
- Support the development of a high performing team, leading as a coach and mentor
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Qualifications:
Demonstrates passion- Ability to lead others in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine, smiling personality
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
