The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (generally physical labor) in order to assist with the completion of lawn care, landscape construction, and hardscape projects. The general laborer will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks. Dependent upon experience, skills, and personal preference this individual may be assigned to one division (lawn care, landscaping, or hardscaping).
Requirements:- Ability and willingness to learn
- Effective communication both written and verbally, with clients and coworkers alike.
- Ability to work both independently with little to no supervision and as part of a team.
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch, for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
Work Conditions:
- Fast paced
- Outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
