Gift Shop Retail Specialist - PRN Job at Hamilton Medical Center Inc
JOB SUMMARY
Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Assisting with the retail operation of the Gift Shop, including maintaining adequate supply of displayed merchandise under the direction of the gift shop manager. Operate cash register and inventory management system. Assisting with inventory check in, ordering and maintenance. Provide flexible staffing during peak periods and special events. Also provide staffing backup in absence of manager or volunteers during evening and weekend business hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
Licensure: None
Experience: None required, Retail experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and sales ability skills are necessary. Some computer skills are required for cash register and inventory system operations, processing invoices and maintaining reports and records. Ability to work with limited supervision.
