iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Global Medical Transformation Project Manager- VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 01/07/2023
SPECTRUM (Specialty care Transformation of Medical) is an ambitious multi-year program impacting whole of Specialty care through Transforming Medical function. VIE will report to Global Head, Medical Transformation into the Global Medical Affairs Specialty Care organization. Medical Affairs function serves as a key strategic partner with commercial, regulatory, clinical, and market access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Medical Transformation roadmap with an internal team of transformation champions and cross-functional teams, with/without external partners
- Focus on working together with People business partners and support in implementation of “Change management “through the medical transformation Journey
- Coordinate with identified team leaders to ensure Transformation initiatives are implemented as per plan and will track their goals, milestones, deliverables and overall project progress through implementing project management strategies and processes
- Work with a team of “Communication think Tank “within Medical and execute the core internal communication strategy to connect the worldwide Specialty Care Medical organization, build a strong community enriched by best practice sharing, and engaging Medical at global and local level as part of our cultural transformation
- Manage various medical leadership activities and community initiatives including (but not limited to) organization of senior medical sponsorship (SMLT) meetings, Specialty Care Medical Townhalls, Yammer and Buzz channel communication plans, global medical meetings, and external medical affairs conferences
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a Life Science / Pharma
- Pharmaceutical industry / cross-functional experience preferred
- Knowledge or skills of Project management and tools
- Experience /exposure to organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience of working within a complex, multi - cultural environment with diversified prior experiences
- Fluency in English language
- Advance knowledge of MS-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Digital knowledge & prior experience with digital projects
- Basic knowledge of Lean / Agile principles, innovative technologies, Applications, healthcare solutions etc.
- Forward-thinking
- Creative, innovative, and ability to leverage a natural curiosity to anticipate growth opportunities
- Ability to challenge conventional ways of working and generate new ideas
- Result oriented
- Ability to engage and manage diverse and relevant stakeholders
- Must possess ethical standards of the highest level and have the knowledge and ability to comply with all relevant ethical, regulatory, and legal standards
