KPMG is currently seeking a Global Operations Director, Advisory to join our KPMG Delivery Network. KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and manage delivery model and staff to ensure appropriate coverage to meet solution and client needs, and achieve excellence in customer service in a cost and risk efficient manner
  • Plan, direct control, implement, monitor, and forecast budgets and costs to achieve financial objectives; work with the KDN Advisory leadership team to ensure the Advisory OpCo’s key objectives are met
  • Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a service performance and quality management activities (reporting quality acceptance, improvement plans, performance reporting, modification of metrics and issue resolution)
  • Oversee the KDN Advisory Operations & Reporting team and creates connectivity between workstreams that results in an integrated design and approach
  • Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations; manage the governance cadence for all KDN Advisory enabled Tier 3 Global Delivery Centres (GDC)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with shared services, managed services and/or outsourcing for application services; minimum two years of recent experience managing a large team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience from an accredited college or university; preferred MBA &/or other certification(s) in a business function from an accredited college or university
  • Capable of effectively interacting with Senior leaders across both KDN Advisory OpCo and other global KPMG member firm Advisory leadership stakeholders
  • Broad understanding and experience with Transformation programmes at a strategic level; strong project and programme management skills
  • May be required to travel internationally for various meetings and workshops
