Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global Product Quality – Supplier Quality Team Lead, including Inspections, OPDC Audit Program and Global Audit Program, and international conference calls.
- Ensure all required audits (internal and external) are planned and scheduled.
- Perform external supplier audits as needed.
- Monitor adherence to Audit schedule which includes following up with auditors on scheduling and completion of audits.
- Maintain the Internal and External Audit Plans, TrackWise Vendor Management system, ensuring the Approved Supplier List is up to date.
- Support the OPDC Vendor Management process that includes a risk assessment, tracking of vendor deviations and audit observations/CAPAs, and regular updating of Quality Agreements.
- Periodic update to Global OCT Database on new contracts/agreements with OPDC.
- Support continual improvement or regulatory compliance projects related to Quality Management System and Supplier Quality team, including creation of training and job aids.
- Compiles and reports key performance indicators, metrics and compliance status of Internal and External Audits and GMP Outsourced Activities.
- Works collaboratively within Global Product Quality and other functions across Otsuka Affiliates and Subsidiaries to ensure compliance to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supports department continuous improvement activities in accordance with applicable regulations and business goals and objectives
Role Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 4 + Years of experience working within Quality and Auditing
- Ability to commute to Princeton, NJ post Covid minimum 5 days per week
