OVERVIEW
The graphic designer - social + omni channel works with the design team to execute + develop social first designs across paid + organic social. Projects include developing social first content for seasonal campaigns, style guides, graphic design development + execution, as well as creation of omni channel assets when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute designs for paid + organic social, presenting ideas in daily art review
- Read, interpret + execute briefs from marketing
- Support the design team on seasonal graphic development
- Support, contribute + execute POC for seasonal moments + sale periods
- Help concept and execute social first campaigns and programing along with the social team
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Ability to take direction from creative leadership + Marketing and present thoughtful design solutions that adhere to the brand standards and style guidelines, while pushing creative boundaries
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Graphic Design or other related areas from an Arts College or accredited University
- Experience presenting work in a meeting environment to peers and seniors
- Creative thinker who can provide a solid portfolio of creative ideas
- You should have the ability to think conceptually and design aesthetically
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, After Effects and Miro
- Passion for fashion industry and knowledge of social trends is required
- Must have strong design POV and knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to articulate design choices and a passion for innovating
