Job Summary

As a Graphic Design/Social Media Specialist, you will create company content and help develop a strong company presence. A key component is to communicate the company's brand in a way that best represents the brand and our mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of brochures, flyers, presentations, e-newsletters, web page and blog content, and social media messages
• Manage all social advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Grow and improve Organization’s online presence on key sites like LinkedIn, Yelp, Google+, and Facebook
• Own, design, and initiate company marketing plan in collaboration with other internal departments
• Create marketing and social media campaigns, strategies, and implementation schedules
• Create presentations, advertisements, and campaigns when requested by facilities
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company departments, including Advertising, Product Development, and Brand Management
• Collect customer data and analyses (including interactions and visits) to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Report progress to Senior Marketing Management
• Research and monitors activity of industry
• Manage marketing material inventory and distribution to internal staff and different facilities throughout Brooklyn

Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint required)
• Knowledge of key design programs including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Experience in Copy Writing, Content Creation, and Typography
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Driver's License Required
