The Role:

Do you have a passion for providing an Outstanding Customer Experience? Come work for H+H Jeep Dodge RAM of Papillion as a Service Greeter! You will be working as part of the Service Team, providing guests with a Best-In-Class experience. As a Service Greeter, you will act as the Lead for the service drive process by helping to coordinate support staff member duties and controlling the flow of traffic through the drive. Your goal will be to provide a warm and welcoming reception for service Customers. This position will play a critical role within the company as a crucial part of our Service Department. (Pay $15-$18 per hour based on experience)

  • Prepare appointment packets for incoming service Customers.
  • Prepare appointment log for incoming service Customers.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of appointment hats for service drive system.
  • Place and move service drive cones, organize their layout, and maintain the inventory.
  • Prepare the service drive for customer arrival each day, moving, or coordinating the movement, of any vehicles left in the service drive from the previous day’s business.
  • Greet Service guests arriving at the dealership. Locate guest's name on the appointment log and locate the appointment packet associated with that specific guest.
  • Direct the flow of guest traffic heading into the Service Drive.
  • Full time hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
