We are a non-profit agency in Santa Rosa that operates a short term residential treatment program and non-public school for youth who have significant mental health needs. We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to care for the exterior landscaping of our homes and school as well as monitoring our Agency vehicles for safety. We need compassionate, positive role models to get involved and make a difference! This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly, non-exempt position.

As the Maintenance Specialist you will:
- Be responsible for designated areas of facilities, grounds, and vehicles.
- Purchase materials, equipment and supplies necessary to carry out the functions of the Maintenance Specialist within the Agency guidelines.
- Immediately respond to the maintenance repair requests and observations that threaten the safety of clients and/or staff.
- Coordinate services of sub-contractors in the completion of new construction or repair of Agency facilities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma and two years maintenance experience.
- Must have knowledge and skill in landscaping, irrigation and operating applicable equipment.
- Must possess basic knowledge of building health and safety code.
- Must have basic knowledge of the English Language.
- A valid CA driver license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete and pass a background check and pre-employment physical.
- Provide COVID-19 proof of vaccination.
