I.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
(GROUNDSKEEPER)
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: performing a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs, and landscaping tasks, while maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

(NEEDLE BLOWER)
maintaining flow of materials and products for the department.
Must be able to work in damp/cool conditions.
Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly
Clean and blow injector needles with chemical either sitting or standing throughout the day.
Needles stored in stacked tubs must be able to move tubs to access needles for cleaning.
Stack tubs again for later use.
MUSCULAR/SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from their workstations.
Must be able to use a gripping motion with hands to pick up tubs.
Must be able to lift and stack tubs which can weigh up to 50 pounds plus
Must be able to stand the duration of shift approximately an average of 8 hours.
Bending, twisting, and turning body from side to side to see and keep up with product.
Must have good hand/eye coordination to safely conduct job
TYPES OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO OPERATE FOR THE POSITION
Gloves and waterproof boots.
Must wear PPE, eye wear, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair bonnet and beard guard.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE REQUIRES TO PERFORM THE JOB FUNCTIONS
Must have good work and attendance record.
On the job training is provided.
