Groundskeeper Job at Ventamatic, Ltd.
Ventamatic is currently seeking a Groundskeeper. The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain our four Mineral Wells campuses with clean and upkept appearances.
Qualifications:
- Be able to operate typical outdoor power equipment. Zero turn lawnmowers, push mower, trimmers etc.
- Be able to work outdoors with minimal supervision
- Possess common problem solving skills and have basic mechanical skills.
- Will be required to perform the duties of a maintenance helper when landscape duties are not required.
- Candidate must have his or her own transportation and will be required to travel to four different facilities within the Mineral Wells area.
Duties:
- Operate all types of outdoor power equipment safely, efficiently and maintain to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain a landscape schedule that ensures all properties keep a clean and upkept appearance.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a 4-10 work schedule unless requested otherwise. (5am -4pm M-TH)
