** REQUIREMENTS **
- General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- General irrigation knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
** RESPONSIBLITIES **
- Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas to include but not limited to dumpster areas, driveways, parking lots, curbs, exterior hallways, playgrounds, sport courts
- Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging
- Spring and fall clean-up
- Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
- Irrigation monitoring, clock setting, repair and maintenance
- Snow removal
- Pool maintenance
- Issues pet violation notices in accordance with MIMG policy
