Hickman’s Family Farms is looking for a full time Security Guard to provide optimum surveillance services to several of our locations based in Arlington, Az. The ideal candidate will effectively manage physical security of sites while working independently and maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times. The ideal security guard must be hard working, energetic, self-motivated, use good judgement and an egg-straordinary representation of Hickman’s Family Farms.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Keep gate locked
• Keep tire wash machine operational, bio security PPE kept stocked
• Communicate on 2way radio for incoming/outbound loads
• Ensure all entrance/exit gates are secured at all times
• Document and log all entries-must receive approval
• Follow protocol to report any suspicious activities
• Always be alert and aware of surroundings
• Work assigned includes certification on Loadall, light carpentry on pallet stage
• Other assigned duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic verbal/written communication skills
• Able to sit for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License or Photo ID
• Loadall training requires a Class 7, training included by certified OSHA trainer
