The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Guest Experiences Supervisor who has a profound interest in recreational activities and wellness, a strong desire to build industry knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.

The Guest Experiences Supervisor assists the Guest Experiences Manager in the day-to-day operations of the pool duties, Guest Experiences, contractors, implementation of the recreational, social, and educational programs, and behind inventory and research operations to play his/her rule and providing a successful resort activity program for guest of all ages, while providing a safe and clean environment. Primary responsibilities include:

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Maintains general knowledge of all departments and polices at Inn at Perry Cabin by Inn at Perry Cabin.
• Be able to work alone and multitask, attending to staff and guest’s needs on a timely and professional manor.
• Greet, welcome, and promote programs to the guests. Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor at all times. Anticipate and handle guest issues and concerns.
• Take ownership of all guest challenges. Ensures overall guest satisfaction.
• Directly facilitate recreational programs to include individual and group activities, indoor and outdoor activities, guest and staff, consisting of but not limited to setting up, administering/partaking in the activity, and cleaning/storing properly after activity.
• Administer/create new programs for all ages, responsible for implementing new Guest Experiences and programs and the continued growth and enhancement of the current Guest Experiences.
• Help oversee and supervise any staff that falls under the Guest Experiences Department. Assist as a runner, throughout the operational hours and insure all opening, closing, other duties assigned has been completed fully and properly.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification or degree in any leisure, recreational, physical fitness fields preferred.
• Two year experience in the leisure, food, and recreation hospitality business with customer service in a high-paced and detail-oriented facility.
• Two year experience in supervisory position with experience with managing monetary transactions.
• Micros, computer, administration, and organizational experience desirable.
• CPR/AED, Lifeguard Certification preferred and basic outside/pool first aid
• Ability and willingness to work outside in adverse weather conditions.
