Guest Service Associate/Front Desk Agent Job at Hampton by Hilton Lewiston-Auburn
Come join our award winning Hampton family and meet new people every day. Duties include checking guests in and out, answering the main phone line to the hotel, making reservations, cash handling and suite shop sales to include selling alcohol and concierge services. Looking for candidates that can WOW our guests and make memories for them with their HAMPTONALITY!
Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day at the front desk, communicate effectively to guests as well as colleagues, attention to detail and exceptional customer service provided to our guests.
Open Availability to include Weekend Shifts - would be either 7a-3p, 12p-8p or 3p-11p.
