Guest Experience Ambassadors & Hosts - LaGuardia Terminal B - ABM Industries & Ethos Farm Americas

The prestigious guest experience team at LaGuardia Terminal B are front and centre in providing outstanding customer service to all customers travelling through terminal B. Providing personalized one to one service to guests, helping and assisting them through their airport journey and helping to drive operational efficiency at key airport touch points. Our guest experience teams are best suited to highly motivated individuals with experience in either premium hospitality and retail backgrounds who can collaboratively work as part of a growing team and deliver outstanding and proactive customer service to all guests.

We have a number of guest services teams in place and each candidate at interview will be evealuated for their sutability for a specific role.

***Candidates with no customer service experience in a retail, hospitality will be automatically rejected upon application***

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding and proactive customer service to all guests travelling through the airport. Displaying the LaGuardia terminal B service values at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a growing team to manage key airport touch points, such as TSA dealing with large and high volumes of guests.
  • Collecting customer feedback through surveys and helping to drive improved performance for the guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and provide guest service for LaGuardia ancillary products and services.

Other:

  • Fixed shift patterns only (32/40hrs per week)
  • AM shifts start from: 3:30, 4:00and 4:30am
  • PM shifts start from: 12:00, 12:30 and 1:00pm
  • weekend working essential and non-negotiable
  • Healthcare/sick/vacation benefits available after service

  • Must be able to pass the requirements to hold a PANYNJ airport ID
  • Full vaccination required for employment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
