Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HAAS CNC Machinist for projects located in and around Grand Rapids, MI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25-35/hour based on experience & skill level plus $125/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- Preventative Maintenance Work
- Configure, tune, & improve CNCs HAAS & Pneumatic/Hydraulic systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, & repair process & production equipment as well as related electrical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Calibrate instrumentation equipment & controls for optimum performance
- Operate measuring diagnostic & testing instruments to help provide energy efficiency solutions
- Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods & equipment performance
- Identify & correct safety related issues
Requirements:
- Basic electrical trouble shooting knowlesge
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, & HAAS Programming Skills
- Basic PLC/Ladder Logic knowledge preferred
