What You’ll Do:
The journey of each of our clients is unique. As Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll motivate, support, and empathize with your clients. You’ll provide world-class service with each interaction, while increasing knowledge and positive awareness of our brand. Our ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the clinic
- Ensure clinic is tidy and presentable, with all necessary products and supplies
- Provide accurate information about our product line and confidently recommend hair products to clients
- Update calendars, schedule client appointments and meetings
- Build strong relationships — with our clients and within the Harklinikken community around the world
- Answer emails, phones and online chats if applicable
What We’re Looking For

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- A professional attitude and appearance
- Good multi-tasking and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle work pressure in a balanced and healthy way
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are a plus, but not essential
Qualifications
● Proven customer service work experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in the beauty, service, retail, or health industry
● Education of at least a High School diploma. A degree or additional certification is a plus.
