Handyman/Laborer for Central & Southern NJ Job at D & K Solutions
D&K Solutions is currently looking for a skilled carpenter/handyman.
Requirements:
· Valid Driver License
· Have your own transportation.
· Own and operate basic carpenter tools.
· Basic carpenter skills
· Knowledge of the construction and/or mobile home industry.
· proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on construction projects
· Knowledge of home renovations, home repairs, general construction.
· Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
· Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Job Descriptions:
· Floor, ceiling and wall repairs
· Minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
· Painting
· Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools
· Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
· haul and hoist materials.
· Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites
· Assisting contractors, e.g., electricians and painters, as required.
· Following all health and safety regulations.
Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization Background Checks will be completed.
Rate of pay will be discussed at time of interview and based upon what qualifications are presented. A 30/60 day probationary period is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
