Job Title: Handyman Services
Job Description:
The Services team member is responsible for home maintenance issues throughout the Innsbrook Resort community.
Essential functions:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Landscaping
- Leads by example.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all equipment safely and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Reports for duty each day on time.
- Follows directions from supervisor.
- Follows all safety rules and company safety policies.
- Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Homeowner maintenance issues.
- Working from an extension ladder, dig and repair water and sewer lines as necessary.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
- Proficient equipment operating skills including hand tools, ladders and lawn equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment.
- Verbal and written communications skills.
- Good time management skills; possible weekend and/or overtime may be required.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Clean and professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
