What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

As a Lead Server, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide assistance as directed and assigned in dietary functions and activities such as: Preparing and serving meals, cleaning dining room tables, preparing condiments, desserts, garnishes, salads and beverages for meal service.

What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?

• Must be able to read menus and understand measurements, and and use proper food presentation.
• Shows interest in being trained in a cook's position and has proven ownership and excellence in performing all assigned tasks.
• An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents
