Brief Overview of role:
This role is to be a health insurance subject matter expert, through training, and specialize in enrollment and outreach activities. The role will be responsible for community development working closely with specialty clinics. This role will service the following areas: Holbrook, Winslow, and Payson, AZ communities.
What you will do in this role:
- Develop and sustain community engagement, including media outlets, local businesses, and organizations.
- Develop, Organize, and facilitate activities for the outreach and education portion of this role
- Assist families in the completion of applications through the ACA Marketplace and other paperwork as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
What is needed from you to qualify for this role:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3 Years experience or training related to this type of role
- Coachability/Willingness to learn and receive training
- Experieince in Health or Education field, helpful, not required
- Cultural competence with Native American and Hispanic cultures
- Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred, not required
- Some travel required
