Our core purpose is to elevate the way people feel with a combination of the meals that we create, as well as the coaching and guidance we provide both to our customers and our team members.
We are seeking a hospitality minded, sales and community relationship builder who will take accountability for connecting emotionally with customers on the shop floor and events to provide an informative and fun experience.
No food production. All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.
This position is NOT remote - Wellness Coaches are located on-site.

Wellness Coach Mission
The focus of the Wellness Coach position is making deep, emotional connections with customers on the retail store floor and motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. An engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm and a high degree of active listening are the keys to succeeding as a Wellness Coach.
Through their knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm, the Wellness Coach will have a multi-faceted role within Fitlife Foods, including but not limited to:
Conversing with customers on the retail shop floor to foster a clientele base. Wellness Coaches are expected to perform opening and closing responsibilities such as unloading shipments of food in the cooler, cleaning and organizing, re-stocking retail items, and packing and communicating food orders from customers, in addition to their coaching duties to ensure they are contributing to the team.
Wellness Coaches have the added opportunity to inspire healthy habits by conducting initial and follow-up wellness sessions with prospective and current clients that come into the store. This includes listening to, motivating, and coaching clients, running body composition assessments, and explaining the results. Coaches are also responsible for creating weekly meal schedules while maintaining attention to detail and regularly checking in with clients on their meal preferences and goal progress.
The most successful coaches grow their business within Fitlife by marketing to other local businesses and cultivate relationships with personal trainers, business owners, and patrons. Coaches will work closely with their Community Store Leaders to attend table set-up events at races, job fairs, and other community events with the intention to increase store traffic and brand awareness.
