Our team is seeking a driven, talented, and detailed Account Manager (AM) to drive growth and foster patient-centric initiatives by closely project managing healthcare partnerships. The AM will own partnerships end-to-end and provide ongoing management and support across the partner program lifecycle (implementation, performance, growth) to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The AM will engage with internal Product, Tech, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to scope and execute programs and to ensure a superior customer experience and long-term financial performance. Additionally, the AM will coordinate partner teams and will serve as the initial point of contact for critical patient-centric initiatives and manage multiple complex partner workstreams in parallel. The AM must be familiar with the full suite of offerings and capabilities provided by Amazon and partner teams, have the ability to coordinate across a wide range of internal and external teams, track and manage critical program initiatives and tasks, and communicate and present program updates and statuses to multiple levels of stakeholders internally and externally. By working with existing partners, AMs surface new business opportunities and optimize accounts to continuously improve program ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience in: developing strong internal and external relationships across functional areas, detailed project management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding time-bound goals, and have experience working with external B2B partners.

Key job responsibilities
The AM is the focal point for multiple, concurrent workstreams that vary in size and scope. The AM is accountable for the following aspects of each program:
  • Implementation of net-new partner programs
  • Create robust mechanisms to closely manage project scope, tasks, and owners to ensure timely delivery
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and optimize processes and programs for effectiveness, efficiency, and scale
  • Manage multiple partners simultaneously, assisting the team to deliver results across complex workstreams
  • Run regular meetings to hold partners accountable to service level agreements
  • Relay market needs, opportunities, and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Provide timely, clear, concise and complete communications to partner and Amazon Leadership
  • Ensure long-term health and ROI of existing programs
  • Manage partner performance regularly to ensure a superior customer experience and create a closed feedback loop to improve the customer experience
  • Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management as necessary

A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
