HWH is seeking Equipment Operators to join our team!

JOBSITE: Paris, Texas + potential other NETX jobsites

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE: (5) 10's Monday - Friday

• In some instances, Saturday shifts will be needed per job requirements at that time.

STARTING PAYRATE: $17-$21/hr (negotiable depending on experience)

JOB SUMMARY: Operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment and be capable of interpreting blue prints, layout, and cutting grade.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complies with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures in the performance of assigned tasks.

• Performs pre-shift equipment checklist before operating equipment, with the ability of recognizing flawed, defective, or unsafe operation.

• Shows the knowledge and experience to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Operator must be able to interpret blue prints and layout contours, slopes, ditches, etc., and safely cut to grade.

• Operator has the understanding and proper training to perform proper benching and sloping, as required, per OSHA regulation.

• Keeps spoiled material clear of trenches and walk surfaces smoothed per OSHA regulation.

• Operator ensures clear communication with surrounding coworkers and/or other equipment operators and visual assessment of his or her work area throughout the work shift.

• Employee keeps tracks cleaned out as needed, windows clean, the interior cab clear of trash and unnecessary debris, and the exterior of the equipment cleaned.

• Accepts responsibility for proper care and use of company provided tools and equipment.

• Demonstrates effective communication with supervisor, peers, subordinates and clients; conducts him or herself in a professional manner.

• Perform laborer duties as needed

  
  

Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma or GED; and/or one to three years related experience. GPS experience preferred
