* This is a fully onsite position located in Norcross, Georgia *
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Specialist:
- Provide Desk Side and Remote support for users.
- Design, install, and support workstations in Windows 08 – 12 & Office 365 Environments.
- Provide support for LAN, VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft SharePoint, and VOIP.
- Install and support enterprise level Microsoft products.
Requirements of the Help Desk Support Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience providing support to Windows 10, Office 365, and Adobe Professional.
- Experience in Desktop imaging.
- Experience providing Printer Support and Print Server Administration.
- Experience utilizing Active Directory.
- Experience providing SharePoint support.
