1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including shower, tub, or bed baths, oral care,
- Assist clients with toileting and incontinence care.
- Assist with ambulating and transfers.
- Provide companionship to client.
- Meal preparation.
- Provide activities to increase independence.
- Consistently adheres to universal precautions, aseptic techniques, and infection
guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a healthful, safe environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and condition.
- Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance
- Document services delivered in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
