COMMUNITY HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking caregivers for a few of our local elderly clients in the Middletown, NY area.
You will provide routine personal care and help to patients within their homes.

Caregiver Responsibilities may include:
- Remind client to take medication
- Prepare and serve meals
- Assist the client in moving/walking
- Assist client with eating, dressing, grooming, toileting, & bathing
- Tidy kitchen, bedroom & bathroom
- Keep simple records
Caregiver Requirements:
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, just compassion!
- Must be 18 or older
This is a great position for those that have experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Assistant (PA), Caregiver, or Customer Service Representative.
