77033: This client is legally blind and has dialysis and has 34 hours on a 7 day plan. Clients hours are Mon, Wed & Fri 10a - 2:30p, Tue & Thur 10a - 4p, Sat 10a - 4:30p and Sun 11:30a - 1:30p.
77034: This client speaks Spanish and has 32.5 hours on a 6 day plan. Clients hours are Mon - Wed 9a - 2p, Thur 9a - 3:30p and Fri 9a - 3p, Sat 9a -2p .
77093: This client speaks Spanish and has 11.5 hours on a 2 day plan. Clients hours are Sun 9a - 4:30p & Sat 9a - 3p.
77089: The clients speak Spanish. The male client and is bedridden and does wear a diaper, this client has 38.75 hours of PS, 24 hours of PAS. The wife of client has 3.25 hours and is only scheduled on Sundays. The schedule for the male client will be from Mon - Fri 8:30a - 5:30p. Sun will be 8:30a - 12:15p and the schedule for the wife is 12:15p - 3:30p.
77502: This client is bedridden and wears a diaper. This client has 12 hours on a 2 day plan. The hours are Sun 8a - 1p and Thur 11a - 6p.
77087: This client has 18.5 hours on a 7 day plan. The hours are Sun & Sat 12:30p - 2:30p, Mon - Thur 12:30p - 3:30p and Fri 12:30p - 3p.
These tasks will vary with each client: Bathing, Dressing, Shaving/ Oral Care, Hair/ Skin Care, Toileting, Cleaning, Laundry, Meals, Feeding/ Eating, Transfer, Shopping, Ambulation, Escort, Medications, Walking and Exercising.
