We're looking for an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join our agency. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, promote a sense of teamwork and be willing to assist other nurses with any duties. We're looking for someone who has a passion for helping others, is willing to go above and beyond in the care of patients, and is committed to excellence in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for the sick and disabled.
- Manage patients with chronic conditions.
- Care for patients who need organ transplants or have cancer.
- Manage complex medical conditions.
- Maintain daily records of nurses' activities for use in billing and coding.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior nurses.
- Manage patient schedules, including setting appointments and ensuring that patients keep them.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Albany, GA 31707: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
