Entera Healthcare partners with a variety of exceptional referral sources that offers our clinicians the opportunity to care for a variety of patients in their homes, Assisted Living, and/or Independent Living communities.
Entera Healthcare services 12 counties: Boone, Cook, Dekalb, DuPage, Kane, Lake, LaSalle, Lee, McHenry, Will, Kendall, and Winnebago.
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License
Certification Licenses and other special requirements
Working knowledge of basic technology and electronic documentation
