Our Orlando Sloppy Joe's location is now open at Icon Park. We are looking for upbeat and energetic Hosts and Hostesses to join our team! Our Host and Hostess position is critical to the restaurant's operation and sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door.
Host and Hostess Requirements:
- Greet Guests
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introducing guests to their server
- Set tables with appropriate silverware, glass and china; maintain neat and clean workstation during service
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Check Menu’s to make sure they are clean, current and in good shape.
- Communicates with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure the guests' experience meets concept/company standards
- Perform other duties in a team effort during downtime
Host and Hostess Qualifications:
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
