Host/Hostess Job at Webb Custom Kitchen
Webb Custom Kitchen is currently seeking a few hosts/hostesses to assist with the greeting/seating of guests, handling reservations via the Resy platform, answering questions, and answering/directing phone calls. Successful candidates will be hardworking, organized, professional, available to work nights/weekends, uphold the high standards set for our guests' experience, be able to adhere to our dress code, and possess strong communication skills. Base pay is $7.25/hr PLUS tips for a total compensation of $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Make all guests feel welcome.
- Make sure that all guests receive the highest quality of service.
- Be courteous to guests at all times.
- Ensure that all guests' needs are met.
- Greet guests and ensure that they are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Use Resy to handle all aspects of reservations in our restaurant.
