We have a large home and we’re looking for a professional cleaning or team that we can trust to do a very thorough cleaning job, looking at all the details of our home with a critical eye. We are interviewing cleaners at this time.

Must have hotel or Airbnb experience. Must provide background check & insurance.

We provide cleaning products and use organics such as Method, Mrs. Meyers etc..

If you own a cleaning business, do you personally work with your team of cleaners the first time you clean a house?

IMPORTANT: We estimate needing a minimum of 2 cleaners working together for a 6 hour shift. [We need to test the number of hours required]

We want to be sure we’d be able to have the same cleaners assigned to the property so they know what to look for and have a routine. Cleaners should be prepared to send photos/videos after cleaning is completed.

We’re working on a cleaning guide for cleaners to follow. We will also make sure there are extra towels, linens and supplies on the property and that everything is VERY organized and cleaner friendly.

In addition to a thorough clean between guests we want to be certain the clearner(s) we hire will be able to:

• Do all the laundry [beds, towels, outdoor pool towels]
• Wash windows as needed
• Make beds professionally like a hotel would [not mixing up the sheets that match the duvet covers - sheets will [eventually] be labeled & we will have a guide for the cleaners to use]
• Clean outside pool area including wiping down ping pong table, tables, pool cushions, cleaning the BBQ & pizza oven areas - restocking the firewood as needed
• Blowing the leaves to clean the outside pool area as needed
• Sometimes taking in pool cushions & ping pong table [when it rains] and setting them up again.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS:

We are also looking to hire 1 professional cleaner to work at our property every Monday and Tuesday from 3 - 5pm to do the following [with or without guests on property]:

• Enter home and empty all garbages + take all trash cans to the curb
• [we have 5 Green Garden/Compost bins + 3 Blue Recycle bins + 1 Gray Garbage bin = 9 bins to empty weekly]
• Bring trash cans back in on Tuesday

• Wash towels
• Freshen up bathrooms, bedrooms, light cleaning and dusting as needed
• Make beds [as needed]
• Clean outdoor pool area as needed - look for guests using glass in the pool area and report to homeowners
• When no guests are present, choose one area for a deep clean, wash windows, clean floor boards, refrigerators etc..

Eligible for tips and bonuses based on guest feedback.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
