Professional Part-time Personal Assistant/Household Manager/Personal Assistant

Location: Wilton, CT, yet has homes in FL and ME

(home is approximately 6,000 sq ft)

Type of Assignment: Part-time, 30 hours guaranteed each week.

Live in or Live out: Live-out

Compensation: Excellent Gross hourly rate starting at $35 an hour based on the candidate's experience and education

Eligibility:

Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen

The candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background.

Minimum of 5 years of Financial Assistant, Household Manager, and Personal Assistant, must have knowledge of financial applications

Required Language(s): Fluent in English

Overnights: N/A

Weekends: N/A

Travel: Could be needed at other seasonal residences

Job Overview: This is a long-term, part-time position. Ideally, the schedule is 3 days a week with flexibility. It is considered a hybrid role, between Financial Assistant, Household Manager, and Personal Assistant. The client is ideally seeking a candidate that is very sharp in all three areas with at least 5 years of experience. The family does have a Family Assistant that takes care of the home.
