Meet Georgi. Georgi is busy, like really busy...about as busy as you’d imagine as a wife, mother, and Owner/Founder of a progressive HR People Operations consultancy doubling in size each year would be. But Georgi also cares...a lot! Cares deeply about her family, her consultants, and her clients. Their success is what motivates her in life. And this level of caring takes intention, space and time.

Since the technology is not quite there yet for Georgi to clone herself or her administrative assistant (we checked), and with her current housekeeper moving to another city, we have opened up the search for a highly reliable and trustworthy teammate to help the family stay on track.

This is a 1099 contractor role working between 12-20 hours a week (2 week days for 5-6 hrs. / 1 weekend day for 2 hrs.). The family home is located in Gilbert, Arizona. Must be able to pass pre-employment background and reference checks.

- HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE -

• Whisk away dirt and dust: Channel your inner cleaning superhero as you whisk away dirt, dust, and grime from every nook and cranny.
• Master of laundry wizardry: Unleash your laundry superpowers and conquer the piles of clothes, towels, and linens, leaving them fresh and wrinkle-free. If you are familiar with Kondo methods that is a BIG plus. If not, a willingness to learn would be great.
• Wear your chef’s hat: Help with basic meal preparation
• Work your magic inside and outside: Keeping all areas of the home decluttered including the outdoor spaces; picking up after the family pup, watering, gardening, wiping down tables, cleaning porch, etc.
• Showcase your festive cheer: Occasional support decorating for holidays, family events, birthday parties
• Spread the joy: Bring a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, helping to create a home that allows Georgi to breathe a sigh of relief and focus on her family.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
