We are looking for right hardworking, self motivated, and reliable candidate to fill our housekeeping supervisor position. This position will be in charge of the day to day tasks of running our housekeeping department.
Job Description
The housekeeping supervisor is in charge of coming in before housekeepers to prepare the boards for the day. Inspecting rooms to ensure they are cleaned to standard. Reporting any maintenance issues to either front desk or our maintenance department. The right candidate should have great leadership skills and is able to direct a team of up to 6 housekeepers in a timely polite and courteous manner. On odd days housekeeper may need to clean rooms.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation is a must!
- Valid Drivers License(preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Ability to stand upwards to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping
- Pervious supervisor or management experience
- Willingness to be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
