Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager is key to our efforts as they provide:

· Services that are trauma-informed, resiliency-focused and rebuild self-esteem

· Access to housing options that lead to a safe, stable home for survivors and their children

· Case management that supports efforts to increase income and self-sufficiency

· Collaboration within the team, across the agency and with key community organizations

· Assistance with locating and leasing affordable housing

· Impact updates and reports shared during team meetings and with funders

Successful applicants will include both a resume and a cover letter briefly describing your fit and interest in joining our team.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong preference given to bilingual (Spanish & English) candidates. Experience with case management in a housing or homeless program is valuable, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn how to navigate multiple systems including housing, health, employment, substance misuse treatment and government benefits.

Local travel necessary, reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
