The Housing Manager is responsible for a 20-resident building ensuring their needs are being met. In coordination with the Assisted Living Director, the Housing Manager will be responsible in monitoring the delivery of services provided to the residents by staff. The Housing Manager will assist in developing services and/or programs to meet the needs of the resident community and oversight of the building and its programs.

• Seeking an energetic, detailed manager eager to promote a fun work environment and exceptional care for our residents.
• The Housing Manager is responsible for the overall management of a 20-resident building.
• This position schedules staff as well as orders supplies for the building with support from our corporate office.
• Share our household model by promoting our services in the community through community involvement and marketing.
• Experience in retail management, health care services or similar supervisory roles is helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS-

• Two-year degree, plus management experience preferred
• Salaried Position with variable hours
• Leadership skills, team building skills, the ability to create a customer focused culture, customer service expertise, problem solving and effective communication skills.
