Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data about human resources. HR background or has worked in the capacity of HR assistant. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under the immediate supervision of the Managing Partner.
Promoting a positive relationship with clients, other team members, and vendors by ensuring accurate, timely, and proactive customer service.- Engaging in proactive cross-training to ensure seamless customer service on all accounts in the department.
- Own the recruiting process from beginning to end; post open positions, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Assist HR Manager with preparing offers and communicating to clients.
- Partner with HR Manager to streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist HR Manager with the annual review process.
- Assist HR Manager with the annual benefits renewal process.
- Maintain employee files to ensure they are updated promptly and accurately.
- Ability to partner with HR Manager on many ad hoc projects.
- Primary functions include, helping with prospecting new clients, maintaining current clients, and onboarding clients.
No formal degree is required to become an HR Administrator for this position. But in general the following skills are needed:
- Payroll.
- Office Skills.
- Excel.
- MS Office.
- General office skills.
