The HR Administrative Assistant position is responsible for supporting the processes and tasks within the Human Resource team and any other responsibilities and duties throughout the entire organization as assigned by the Director of Hiring and Employee Development. This position will assist with the organization and coordination of the hiring and training programs within the company as well as any other projects or tasks that may be requested. Flexibility and willingness to assist in any capacity will be required at all times.

Responsibilities
The following activities are required in this position:
  • Promote excellence throughout the department
  • Effective communication via telephone, text, and email between internal and external contacts
  • Access to highly confidential information and material
  • Working with employees and answering questions
  • Create and/or proofread documents as needed
  • Data entry into applicable systems
  • Logging and filing resumes and interview notes
  • Assisting other staff members with HR tasks as required
  • Creating and maintaining electronic folders
  • Creating and maintain physical files
  • Work within various departments when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Hiring and Employee Development
