This position is responsible the day-to-day human resource operations and employee relations. Responsible for compliance of all personnel policies and procedures, as well as compliant with all state and federal employment laws.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handles all recruitment: job postings, interviewing, reference checks, job offers.

· Full cycle onboarding to include orientation, training, exit interviews, closing of benefit programs, COBRA compliance.

· Develops and administers policies and procedures.

· Administers employee benefits and compensation programs (401k, health, dental, visions, life, ADD, disability, PTO) as well as coordinating the annual open enrollment process.

· Worker’s Compensation.

· Employee relations- handle questions and help resolve work-related issues. Helps organize company activities.

· Recordkeeping- maintain employee portal, medical and personnel files, attendance records, status changes, 401k, benefit plan descriptions, and performance appraisals.

· Develop, implement, and coordinate annual employee reviews.

· Write and edit job descriptions.

· ACA reporting and filing of PCORI fees.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

· 2- or 4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalentexperience in an HR position

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA.

· Broad range of safety responsibilities including knowledge of OSHA regulations.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

· Ability to use multiple databases and internet navigation, including Microsoft Office

· Detail oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated, dependable, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,813.04 - $50,849.87 per year
