Principle Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and projects including onboarding, effective employee relations, and HR processes and procedures
- Implement HR programs within assigned businesses
- Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic business planning
- Collaborates with CWS HR teams to implement policy updates, process improvements, streamline onboarding practices and provide improved training programs.
- Partnering with local leaders and ER team to effectively address employee relations issues and policy concerns.
- Coaching managers and employees for effective performance and relationship management
- Developing onboarding protocol for new hires
- Interpreting existing policies and making recommendations for revisions
- Liaison between Service Delivery Managers, payroll, benefits, and HR Services
- Managing Workforce Org Structure within Workday
- Advanced-level functionality on Workday in the following areas:
o Posting Job Requisitions internally and externally
o Usage and management of group job-board accounts as may be required
o Reviewing all job applications on each job requisition thoroughly and consistently
- Contacting all qualified applicants on each job requisitions
- Manage job applicant flow:
o Schedule immediate appointment for application process
o Or place extra job applicants on waiting list for next available opportunity
o Create and manage job applicant pipeline
- Assist job applicants with Workday job requisition application process
- Move job applicants through Workday hiring processes/transfer to JDE and Kronos
- Assist job applicants through Workday new-hire onboarding processes
- Consistent demonstration and application of a friendly, welcoming, engaging and helpful demeanor with job applicants.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years HR Generalist experience with non-exempt employee population
- Reliable knowledge employment law for multiple states, as well as Federal employment law
- Experience in real estate or property management industries is a plus
- HRIS systems experience, including Workday
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication capability
- Coaching and dispute resolution skills
- Facilitation skills to execute training
