FedScale, Inc. (FedScale) is a fast-growing, IT services company with locations throughout the US and is now seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager for our office in Clearwater, FL. This is an exciting new position that requires a highly motivated individual who is ready to engage at all organizational levels to meet a growing workforce. The Human Resource Manager will lead all staffing activities, wage and salary planning, benefits management, and company policy administration.

What You Will Do In Your Role:
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing, and placing job ads
- Manage the FedScale hiring process including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff
- Conducting new employee orientations
- Training, counseling, and coaching of FedScale staff
- Develop and administer company plans and procedures ensuring policy awareness by all staff members.
- Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures as needed
- Develop helpful and engaging HR related presentations
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance
- Staff, train and lead a team of more junior human resource personnel based on company growth.
- Perform benefits administration to include annual benefits selection process.
- Responsible for Implementing and revising a company’s compensation and recognition programs
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Develop, analyze, and update the company’s evaluation program
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
Experience (Required)
- 5-10 years’ HR experience
- Experience with HR matters related to federal government contracting
- Experience managing Labor Compliance, Employee / Labor Relations within U.S
- Experience with benefits selection and implementation, Employee onboarding and out processing, employee performance and development, and wage and salary planning.
Education/Certification (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a concentration in one of the following:
- Human resources
- Organizational behavior
- Management and leadership
HR Professional Certification(s) (Preferred)
- Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
- SHRM-CP (certified professional)
- SHRM-SCP (senior certified professional)
- HR Certification Institute (HRCI)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
