Sobremesa Hospitality Management, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to assist the Human Resources Department in recruitment and retention. The HR Recruiter will work directly with the Human Resources Manager and partner with Hiring Managers for recruitment needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates, interviews, set up interviews for hiring managers, administer assessments, conduct reference checks and extend job offers
- Utilize online recruitment resources and tools to screen, email and forward new candidates for all existing positions
- Utilize in-house Applicant Tracking System to track candidates for all stores
- Coordinate communication between candidate and hiring manager
- Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidate through constant networking
- Assist HR Manager with coordination of job fairs depending on business needs (Travel required for out of town job fairs)
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidate, searches and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if one occurs
- Assist HR Manager with onboarding and orientation for all new hires
- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to hiring managers
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma/ GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills
- Experience in Restaurant Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Software, Gmail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field
- One year experience in conducting interviews and conducting onboarding/ orientation
- Recruitment experience in Restaurant Industry Experience in Social Media recruiting
- Knowledgeable in completing Employment Forms (i.e. I-9, W4, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in conducting background checks, employment verifications, reference checks
