Position: Human Resources and HRIS Administrator

Beckett Thermal Solutions is looking for an HR Systems Administrator for our North Ridgeville facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with leadership and the Colleague Care Team to provide administrative support, labor relations, legal compliance, and risk management for traditional human resource responsibilities.

This position is considered more Technical, we are looking for someone who has tracking and implementing experience with appropriate technological advancements in the field of HRIS as their background/work-history; optimizing HRIS processes, maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries while maintaining and enhancing HR metrics.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Reports to Senior Director of Culture and Colleague Care
  • Direct Reports: Assistant Administrator and Systems Support
  • Responsible for:
  • Human Resource Administration
  • Human Resource IT Systems
  • Legal compliance
  • Colleague Issue Investigation
  • Line Manager Advisor for performance counselling issues

Continuous Improvement;

  • Develop and improve talent management practices, systems, and administration to meet needs of the business
  • Drive effective and efficient use of systems for talent management administration
  • Eliminate / minimize risk associated with compliance with applicable laws
  • Develop leadership ability to conduct appropriate investigations
  • Enhance line leaders’ ability to address performance issues
  • Build out a stable of outside providers to support risk management and legal needs
  • Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
  • Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Auditing HR processes and documents and optimizing HRIS processes.

This candidate will focus on enhancing our systems that are utilized throughout our company along with improvement of our handbook and communications goals.

Qualifications;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience within a corporate environment
  • Must have excellent organizational, written, oral communication, and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • An HR related certification (i.e., PHR, SPHR) is beneficial.
