HRIS Analyst Job at Ascendo Resources
Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-5:00PM
- Oversee ongoing operation of data integrity maintenance within all applicable HR systems
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HR Systems Administration with a focus on best practices in product and application support and data delivery.
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local state and federal laws and company policies and standards.
- Specific areas of focus include, but not limited to: Core HR, Benefits, Integrations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of combined experience in HR and technology comprised of 3+ years of Human Resource experience, as well as 2+ years' experience utilizing HRIS to enhance business processes.
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Prior experience working with Workday
- Strong knowledge of key human resources functions including personnel administration, recruiting, performance management, employee development, compensation, and succession planning.
