Sweetgreen is seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst to manage and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS systems, specifically UKG (Ultimate Software Pro and Workforce Management Solution Dimensions and UTA). The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, report writing, system optimization, and customization. As an HRIS Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support, and contribute to continuously improving key HR processes and systems.

You will:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain UKG Pro and UTA systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee, including personal information and employment history.
  • Provide tier 2-3 technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members, super users/admins, and support desk staff.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance, including identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor system performance and release schedules to identify optimization opportunities to streamline People Operations.
  • Collaborate with People Tech, HR, Data, Payroll, and Field Operations to identify system requirements for optimizing key processes, reports, and business-driven enhancements.
  • Partner with Data, HR, Field Operations, and Legal to design and build out analytics capabilities, complex reports, dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) in the HR/People space.
  • Participate in bi-annual release testing for HRIS core and UTA systems in conjunction with vendor partners and the People Tech team.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects related to UKG Pro and UTA system, including testing, training, and user support.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends, best practices, and compliance requirements, to ensure HRIS systems stay aligned with business needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience using UKG. Strong preference of experience using UKG Dimensions.
  • Deep familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Some experience working with API and Cloud-based integrations.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Local to Los Angeles, CA.

$75,000—$95,000 USD
